It doesn’t look like it’s been abused or anything, but there’s no such thing as a 145k mile  car in “like new” condition.

These are fairly reliabile.  Maintenance is expensive of course (DSG fluid changes, etc).  But they’re not plagued with mechanical or electrical issues.  I think the biggest issue is the idler tension pulley, but at 145k that has likely been addressed.
